Blood thirsty creatures descend on an east coast city USA while a paranormal response team were preparing for the ribbon cutting ceremony to their new home ~ an armored fortress known as The Sanctum. Even though the team known as The Brethren all have special powers and abilities they are overwhelmed by the creatures of unknown origin and must retreat to the safety of the Sanctum. Only problem is, they don't all make it inside before the doors must close and locks them out among the savage monsters.
